1. Meeting Called to order at 5:01 pm on Thursday, May 31, 2018 by Chairman of the
Board of Commissioners, Gary Savage.
2. Having four Board Members present, a quorum, Mr. Savage thanked and
everyone to the meeting.
3. Minutes from the May 15, 2018 Meeting
Minutes were approved with a motion made by Ms. Nickerson and seconded by Mr.
,^ Haynes. Passed 4-0.
4. RESOLUTIONS:
2017-014 Smoke Free Policy Motion rr ade by Mr.
Savage and seconded by Mr. Haynes. Motion passed 4-0.
2017-015 Changes to Admission & Occupancy Policy Motion rr ade by Mr.
Haynes and seconded by Ms. Nickerson. Motion passed 4-0.
2017-016 Changes to the Lease Motionade by Ms.
Nickerson and seconded by Mr. Savage. Motion passed 4-0.
5. No further business or questions, a motion for adjournment was made by
and seconded by Ms. Nickerson. Motion passed 4-0. The meeting was adjoi
