The property is currently zoned Commercial District (C) and is vacant. The owner is proposing to construct an auto detail shop on the lot. Water and sewer services are available to the property. STATUS, OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following revisions. 1. Note the location and finished floor elevations of all proposed structures. 2. Install curb and gutters along Booth Str6et and I" NE as part ofthe site development. 3. Replace the existing, broken sidewalk along I" NE, The owner has requested that the curb, gutter and sidewalk requirement be waived on all adjacent streets. The Code of Ordinances states in the Subdivision Regulations under Section VIII. Destgn of_Ingiyovements A. Curb and gutter shall be construcled monolithic -with the concrete pavement in accordance with section 29-:57 qf1he Cily (tI'Poris Cade ol'Ordinances.
