BACKGROUND: Jesse Brown owns Lots 2B & 3B Block 9 of Sperry's First Addition located
at 2851 Bonham Street. Mr. Brown has been approved J0]- the 1-jorne Rehabilitation Assistance
program through the Texas Department of Health and Community Affairs. Once an applicant is
approved for the program the 110USC that they currently live in will be demolished and a new
brick home constructed on the property. The property is currently zoned Single Family Dwelling
District 2 (SF -2).
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Water and sewer
service is available along Bonham Street. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations and zoning ordinance. The plat was approved by Planning & Zoning
Commission on June 4, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the replat.
