<br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-124 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did in Ordinance No. 97-047 on <br />September 26, 1997, authorize the furnishing and service of employee uniforms for various <br />City Departments, and bids for such were received until 3:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, <br />September 23, 1997; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the best bid for the furnishing and service of employee uniforms was <br />made by ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES, Route 1, Box 355-B, Paris, Texas 75460, <br />and it should be awarded the bid for such; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the form of contract for furnishing and servicing employee uniforms <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, should be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized to <br />execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />the bid of ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES, upon the terms and conditions shown on <br />the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and let conditioned upon said <br />uniforms meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the bid documents; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />Clifford, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of <br />Paris the contract for furnishing and servicing employee uniforms for various City <br />Departments, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, with ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1997. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Eric S.
