RESOLUTION NO. 97-122
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been asked to nominate a candidate
for membership on the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of nominating Eric S. Clifford; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Eric S.
Clifford be, and he is hereby, nominated to selVe as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lamar
County Appraisal District; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk of the City of Paris,
be, and she is hereby, directed to timely deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Lamar county
Appraisal District.
