The following inernbers were present: Tim Bullock, Anna Spencer, Ray Ball, Jimmy
Noble and Matt Birch. The following members were absent. Tim Marks and Daniel
Roach.
Also present: John Godwin, City Manager; Jerry Richey, Airport Manager; Lance
Nicholson, Engineer Technician; Triniti Frazier, Community Develops -Trent Coordinator.

A motion to approve the minutes was made by Tirn Bullock and seconded by Matt Birch.
Motion carried 5-0.
3. Discussion regarding (,lelinqueni hangarrenta.4,
Triniti Frazier, City staff reported that Blossom Air -Loma Alto -Gifford was delinquent
$33.00 60-90 days at this firne,
Vice -Chairman Ball requested a delinquent notice mailed.

No development opportunities at this time.
5, Discussion reg6irding, the new hangar construction project.
John Godwin advised of the detailed notice fron-i IDSA contract engineer on the hangar
project to Mitchell Enterprises Ltd. to proceed with the items of remaining work and
complete no later than May 24, 2018 or'l.'XDOT Aviation Division shall declare Mitchell
to be in default of the contract and demand that their surety complete the remaining work
in accordance with the terms of the original contract.

(hangar S) to Erik Zarones.
John Godwin, City Manager states ]cases can be transferred for various, reasons and that
is provided for in the lease agreements we have. Mr. Godwin states there is no reason to
oppose the request to transfer the lease to Erik Zarones. He states if the board makes a
recommendation in favor we will place the item on the city council June I I'h agenda for
them to formerly approve so that he may execute the lease transfer.
Motion to approve the transfer of the ground lease from PTERODACTYL, L.L.C.
(Hangar S) to Erik Zarones was made by Jimmy Noble and seconded by Matt Birch.
Motion carried 5-0.
7. Requestitemsfear fitinov agenclus.
John Godwin advised they will discuss the Airport Master Flan over the next couple of
months for what they want to do with future funding.
8. Adjow-nment.
A motion to adjourn was made by Jimmy Noble and seconded by Tim Bullock to adjourn
at 5:46 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
