KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LAMAR
THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, acting by and
through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY, and the PARIS
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Assistant Superintendent of
Business and Finance, Louie Ben Coker, duly authorized, hereinafter called PISD, do hereby
contract and agree as follows:
1. CITY agrees to provide Juvenile Justice Resource Officer Services to all PISD
campuses during the 1997-1998 school year.
2. For and in consideration of the services described above, PISD agrees to pay to
CITY the sum of Thirty-five Thousand Four Hundred Six and no/lOO Dollars
($35,406.00). Such sum shall be paid out monthly during the months of September
1997, through May 1998.
3. The term of this agreement shall be for the 1997-1998 school year.
Executed on the dates shown in the acknowledgments below.
