RESOLUTION NO. 97-081
WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Texas Municipal League Group Benefits Risk Pool
provides for three (3) year staggered terms of office for members of its BoaTd of Trustees, with
members from TML Regions 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 expiring on October 1, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, as a member of the pool for Region 15, the City of Paris is provided an
opportunity to nominate from among its employees or elected officials an individual to serve on
such Board, and it is deemed appropriate that W. E. Anderson, Director of Finance, be
nominated; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that W.
E. Anderson, Director of Finance, be, and he is heTeby, nominated to serve on the Board of
Trustees of the Texas Municipal League Group Benefits Risk Pool.
