WHEREAS, the terms of office of Cesar Horta, Joe McCarthy, and Nadine Ausbie, as
members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expiTe on June 30,
1997; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend
the reappointment of Cesar Horta and Joe McCarthy and the appointment of Michael Dangerfield
for teTms of three (3) years, beginning July I, 1997, and ending June 30, 2000; NOW,
THEREI<'ORE,
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Cesar
Horta and Joe McCarthy be, and they are hereby, reappointed, and that Michael Dangerfield be,
and he is hereby, appointed, to serve as membeTs of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of PaTis for terms of three (3) years, beginning July I, 1997, and ending June 30, 2000.
