1996-048-RES WHEREAS, MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE OF COP AND MAY OF COP ARE
RESOLUTION NO. 96-048
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court Judge of the City of Paris and the Mayor of the City
of Paris are disqualified from presiding in the Municipal Court case styled and numbered as
follows: State of Texas v. T. K. Haynes, No. PCC 00112319200 0; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Flanary, a duly licensed and practicing attorney in the City of Paris,
is available for appointment as Special Judge in said case and justice would be served by his
appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill
Flanary, Esquire, be, and he is hereby, appointed Special Judge in the Municipal Court case
styled and numbered as follows: State of Texas v. T. K. Haynes, No. PCC 0011231 9200 O.
