2. Discuss and act on appointment of one and two year terms for regular and alternate board
members.

4. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (July 25th, 2018)
5. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Scott and Kristi Hearne, on Lot
11-A, City Block 257-B, being located at 2531 Pine Bluff.
The petition requested a variance of Section 9-301 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance which
provides as follows:
9-301 (1):
(1) Schedule minimum lot depth- Residential districts.
MF -2 minimum lot depth- 120 FT
The applicant is proposing to construct a duplex on a lot 91 foot deep. The applicant is
requesting a 29 foot variance in depth.
