1996-028-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH, 1996
RESOLUTION NO. 96-028
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 11 th day
of March, 1996, in Resolution NO. 96-025, authorize the reapplication for funding under
the Texas Community Development Program Grant which was premature; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that said Resolution No. 96-025 be revoked, repealed
and held for naught; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OI<' PARIS, that
Resolution No. 96-025, be, and the same is hereby, revoked, repealed and held for naught.
