Minutes of Regular Meeting
Paris -Lamar County Board of Health
The Paris -Lamar County Board of Health held a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 26"h, 2018.
Board members in attendance were Mr. Bill Collins, Dr. Mark Gibbons, Mrs. Nancy Stallings, Mrs. Connie Stauter, and Dr. Mark
White. Others in attendance were Mrs. Gina Prestridge and Ms. Cheryl King. Not in attendance were Dr. Eric Salzman and Dr.
Ross Williams.
Mr. Bill Collins called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m.
Mrs. Connie Stauter made the motion to approve minutes from prior meeting and was seconded by Dr. Mark Gibbons. Motion
carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Dr. Marc White made the motion and was seconded by Mrs. Nancy Stallings to convene into open session and that the executive
session ended with no formal action being taken during executive session at 5:45 p.m. Motion carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Mr. Bill Collins presented and signed the yearly evaluation for Dr. Amanda Green and Mrs. Gina Prestridge.
Dr. Marc White made the motion to approve the yearly evaluations and was seconded by Mrs. Nancy Stallings. Motion carried, 5
ayes, 0 nays.
Mrs. Gina Prestridge presented the McClanahan and Holmes, LLP, single audit. The Paris -Lamar County Health District only
received one finding and it was from an outside source that is hired to perform a certain duty and it was not completed within the
required time frame.
Mrs. Gina Prestridge presented a revision to the Paris -Lamar County Health District personnel policy, effective 01/01/2019, to
reduce the current number of carryover sick hours from 1,350 to 500 and vacation hours from 400 to 300 and then to reduce the
vacation carryover hours again on 01/01/2020 to 200 hours.
Dr. Mark Gibbons made the motion to adopt the revisions to the personnel policy and was seconded by Dr. Marc White. Motion
carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays.

Mrs. Gina Prestridge advised the board on the following monthly report(s)
e January reports —
O WIC served 1,294 clients and 144 drive thru clients
O Health Department served 655 clinical clients
O Inspected 28 restaurants and 1 complaint
O Inspected 4 septic systems and 2 complaints, and
O 0 rabies cases were reported.
Total liability and equity is approximately $1,436,000.00
The next regular meeting will be on or before May 21s1, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at the Paris -Lamar County Health District.

Dr. Marc White made the motion and was seconded by Dr. Mark Gibbons for the meeting to be adjourned at 6:20 p.m. Motion
carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays.
