1996-003-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE P&Z COMMISSION OF COP
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Millie McDonald, and it is necessary
to appoint her successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend
the appointment of Bobby L. Myers to serve the unexpired term of Millie McDonald, which
ends December 31, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Bobby L. Myers be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Millie
McDonald, which ends December 31, 1997, as a member of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris.
