SUBJECT: HAY LEASE
DATE: October 10, 2018
BACKGROUND: Because the Hay Lease expired, bids were advertised on September 23 d and
September 30th for the Lake Gibbons Hay Lease for five years. Bids were received and opened
on Tuesday October 2nd at 3:00pm. The bid tabulation sheet dated October 2nd is attached with
bid details.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris Public Works Department received three sealed bids for
the Lake Gibbons Hay Lease and would like to award bid according to the bidder as indicated.
BUDGET: N/A.
RECOMMENDATION: Award bid to Cole Pridemore as indicated on the attached bid
tabulation sheet, in the approximate amount of $3,543.25 per year.
