SUBJECT: PASTURE LEASE
DATE: October 10, 2018
BACKGROUND: Because the Pasture Lease expired, bids were advertised on September 23rd
and September 30th for the Lake Gibbons Pasture Lease for five years. Bids were received and
opened on Tuesday October 2nd at 3:00pm. The bid tabulation sheet dated October 2"d is attached
with bid details.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris Public Works Department received two sealed bids for
the Lake Gibbons Pasture Lease and would like to award bid according to the bidder as
indicated.
BUDGET: N/A.
RECOMMENDATION: Award bid to Cole Pridemore as indicated on the attached bid
tabulation sheet, in the approximate amount of $3,456.75 per year.
