1996-101-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNDIL HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT A CERTAIN AREA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-101
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been made aware of the fact
that a certain area within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, is eligible to be re-
established as an Enterprise Zone; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris that such
area be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its
consideration and advice to the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01:<' THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the matter of the proposed Enterprise Zone, be, and the same is hereby referred to the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its consideration and advice
concerning the same.
