1996-096-RES WHEREAS, IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED THAT CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED PLACEMENT OF
RESOLUTION NO. Qfi-Oqfi
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the City Council of the City of Paris authorize
the placement of painted "paw prints" in the north bound lane of 24th Street S,E. beginning at
the north boundary line of Jefferson Road and continuing north to the north boundary line of
College Street; and,
WHEREAS, in support of the efforts of local schools, such placement is deemed
pennissible, with the understanding that the "paw prints" will be correctly removed by the
sponsoring organization after they have served their purpose; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
placement of painted "paw prints" in the north bound lane of 24th Street S.B. beginning at the
north boundary line of Jefferson Road and continuing north to the north boundary line of College
Street be, and the same is hereby, authorized,
