1996-084-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION OF COP
RESOLUTION NO. 96-084
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Traffic
Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Phyllis Chandler, and it
is necessary to appoint her successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby
recommend the appointment of Kenneth Webb to serve the unexpired term of Phyllis
Chandler, which ends June 30, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OJ<' THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Kenneth Webb be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired
term of Phyllis Chandler, which ends June 30, 1999, as a member of the Traffic
Commission of the City of Paris.
