1996-075-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON THE MEMBESHIP OF THE P&Z COMMISSION OF COP
RESOLUTION NO. 96-075
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Joel McCray, and
it is necessary to appoint his successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby
recommend the appointment of Cesar Horta to serve the unexpired term of Joel
McCray, which ends June 30, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Cesar Horta be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term
of Joel McCray, which ends June 30, 1997, as a member of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris.
