1996-072-RES WHEREAS, CITY ATTORNEY, UPON HIS MOTION, HAS BEEN PERMITTED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION NO. 96-072
WHEREAS, the City Attorney, upon his motion, has been permitted to withdraw from
the following Municipal Court cases: Numbers PCC 110804590 0, PMC 11409 4590 0, PMC
11413 4320 0, PMC 11411 4320 0, PMC 11410 4320 0 and PMC 11412 4320 0; and,
WHEREAS, Thomas E. Hunt, Municipal Judge, has recommended the appointment of
Deane Loughmiller, being duly qualified, as Special Prosecutor in said cases, and the City
Attorney, in accordance with Section 28 of the Charter of the City of Paris, has so appointed
Deane Loughmiller; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that W.
E. Anderson, Director of Finance, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Deane
Loughmiller as billed and approved by the City Attorney from Account No, 01-13-00-0305,
Court Costs-Special Services; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, in the event Account No, 01-13-00-0305 is over-
expended, an appropriate transfer be made to cover such over-expenditure.
