BACKGROUND: John House owns a 0.41 acre lot called Lot 15 City Block 294 located at
3145 E Houston Street. The property is currently zoned Single Family Dwelling District 2 (SF -
2).
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner proposes to subdivide the lot into 2 residential lots, and has
submitted a final plat of the property. Water and sewer services are available along E Houston
Street. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations and
zoning ordinance, and it was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on December 3,
2018.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
