1996-061-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF P R CECIL AND BARNEY BRAY III AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 96-061
WHEREAS, the terms of office of P. R. Cecil and Barney Bray, III, as members
of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation, will expire on
July 19, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby
recommend the reappointment of Barney Bray, III, and the appointment of Michael R.
Rhodes for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20, 1996, and ending July 19, 1999;
NOW, THERE}'ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O}' PARIS, that
Barney Bray, III be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and that Michael R. Rhodes be, and
he is hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Paris
Economic Development Corporation for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20, 1996,
and ending July 19, 1999.
