Mr. Manning called the monthly meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 4:00
p.m. on November 20, 2018.

Mr. Manning invited those present to speak during Citizens' Input. No one came forward and the Citizens'
Input was closed.
Discuss and possibly a i::grove Minutes of the October 10 2018 S ecial Meetin and Minutes of the October
16 2018 Monthl ,r Meetin .
Mr. Manning asked if everyone had a chance to look over the minutes and if any changes were needed? Mr.
Hamill made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Ms. Bills seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -
nays.
Discuss andossibl a rove Se Member 2018 Financials and the October 2018 Financials.
Mr. Hernandez stated that we had already looked at the September financials. The October financials show
GHD Services as an expense under New Industry Projects. The Marketing dollars were switched to New
Industry Projects once American SpiralWeld decided to come to Paris. Ms. Bills made a motion to approve
the September and the October financials. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays.
