1996-141-RES WHEREAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH VTCA, LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 241.014(c), CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 96-141
WHEREAS, in accordance with V.T.C.A., Local Government Code. Section
241.014 (c). the City Council of the City of Paris is responsible for the appointment of two
(2) members of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board; and.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of WAYNE W. WARD and ANTHONY
DAIGLE, as members of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board, will expire on
December 31, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford does hereby
recommend the reappointment of WAYNE W. WARD and ANTHONY DAIGLE for terms
of four (4) years, beginning January I, 1997. and ending December 31. 2000; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01<' THE CITY OF PARIS, that
WAYNE W. WARD and ANTHONY DAIGLE be, and they are hereby. reappointed to
serve as members of the Cox Field Joint Airport Zoning Board for terms of four (4) years,
beginning January I, 1997, and ending December 31,2000.
