JOINT RESOLUTION NO. J95-002
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Paris-Lamar County
Advisory Board of Health due to the resignation of Dr. Glenn Dunnington, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, with the advice of the
County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does hereby recommend the appointment of Dr. Charles
Tarvin to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Glenn Dunnington, which ends December 31, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND THE
COMMISSIONERS COURT OF THE COUNTY OF LAMAR, that Dr. Charles Tarvin be,
and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Glenn Dunnington, which ends
December 31, 1996, as a member of the Paris-Lamar County Advisory Board of Health.
