1995-085-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE ON THE 10TH DAY OF JULY 1995
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 085
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 10th day of
July, 1995, pass Resolution No. 95-079 with Exhibit A attached thereto, and the first paragraph
of said Exhibit A was incorrect and requires correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
first paragraph of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 95-079, be, and the same is hereby, corrected
to read as follows:
"This sales agreement is entered into by MONTE MOORE, hereinafter
referred to as Seller, of Paris, Texas, and CITY OF PARIS, hereinafter referred
to as Owner, under the following terms and conditions: Seller agrees to conduct
a public auction sale or to otherwise sell the following described property
belonging to Owner, trustees, creditors, or secured parties. The auction sale to
be conducted at the Fair Ground Coliseum Building, Paris, Texas, beginning on
the 16th day of September, 1995."
