1995-130-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID IN RESOLUTION NO 89-023 DATED MARCH 13, 1989
RESOLUTION NO. 95-130
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in Resolution No. 89-023
dated March 13, 1989, which designated an enterprize zone in the City of Paris, appoint
Joe McCollum as the City's liaison person for communication with the Texas Department
of Commerce; and,
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Joe McCollum, a replacement should be
appointed to serve as City of Paris liaison person for communication with the Texas
Department of Commerce; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Thomas E. Haynes, be, and he is hereby, designated as City of Paris' liaison person for
communication with the Texas Department of Commerce regarding the Texas Enterprise
Zone Program.
