SUBJECT: BEDFORD ADDITION — CB 160, FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Kenneth and Cheri Bedford own 1.48 acres comprised of 6 separate lots
called City Block 160, Lots 39, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49, located in the 900 block of 3rd St SE.
They propose to combine the 6 lots into a single lot and construct an accessory structure. The
property is currently zoned Two -Family Dwelling District (2F).
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a final plat of the property. Water service and
sewer services are available along 3rd SE. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations, and was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on February
4th.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
