1995-003-RES WHEREAS, ASSISTANT CITY CLERK JOE MCCOLLUM RETIRED
RESOLUTION NO. 95-003
WHEREAS, an Assistant City Clerk of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Joe
McCollum, has retired and it is fitting and proper that an Assistant City Clerk be appointed
to replace him; and,
WHEREAS, Thomas E. Haynes is qualified and an appropriate person to be
appointed Assistant City Clerk with power to act in the capacity of the City Clerk in the
absence of Mattie Cunningham; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Thomas E. Haynes, be, and he is hereby appointed Assistant City Clerk to act in the stead
of Mattie Cunningham when she is occupied with other duties, absent from the City or
incapable of acting as City Clerk.
