1995-065-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF CURTIS FENDLEY AND LEON WILLIAMS AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESOLUTION NO. 95-065
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Curtis Fendley and Leon Williams, as members
of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation, will expire on
July 19, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby
recommend the reappointments of Curtis Fendley and Leon Williams for terms of three (3)
years, beginning July 20, 1995, and ending July 19, 1998; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Curtis Fendley and Leon Williams be, and they are hereby, reappointed to serve as
members of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation for
terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20, 1995, and ending July 19, 1998.
