SUBJECT: STONE RIDGE ADDITION PHASE 9 - FINAL PLAT
DATE: March 18, 2019
BACKGROUND: Mr. Mark Cunningham and Mr. Larry Cunningham have developed Stone
Ridge Subdivision off FM 195. They currently own a tract of land at the west end of Boulder
Lane. The property is not in the City Limits of the City of Paris. However the City of Paris
Subdivision Regulations apply within the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
STATUS OF ISSUE: In July 2018, a preliminary plat for five additional lots known as Phase 9
was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission. The developer has completed the
necessary infrastructure improvements associated with the project, which include approximately
400' of concrete street extension of Boulder Lane, 400' of PVC waterline extension, and
approximately 200' of sanitary sewer. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of
Paris subdivision regulations, and the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the final plat on
March 4, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
