SUBJECT: SECOND MEETING DATE IN MAY
DATE: March 19, 2019
BACKGROUND: Normally the City Council holds their regularly scheduled meetings on the
second and fourth Mondays of the month.
STATUS OF ISSUE: May 27 is a holiday and also our scheduled second meeting day in May.
We usually cancel meeting dates that are on a holiday and in advance plan agenda items
accordingly.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Cancel the May 27 meeting.
