1995-043-RES WHEREAS, CITY ATTORNEY WILL BE OUT OF TOWN ATTENDING THE TX CITY ATTORNEY ASSOCIATION
RESOLUTION NO. 95-043
WHEREAS, the City Attorney will be out of town attending the Texas City
Attorney Association Conference on the 8th and 9th of June, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate for the Regular Thursday Council meeting
which would normally be scheduled for the Thursday following the first Monday of the
month, which would be June 8, 1995, to be consolidated with the regular Monday meeting
which is scheduled for June 12, 1995; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the regular Thursday meeting scheduled for June 8, 1995, be, and the same is hereby,
. consolidated with the Monday, June 12, 1995, meeting to be held at 6:00 o'clock P.M.;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the
City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of the rescheduling of the regular Thursday
November Council meeting, and that the news media be informed of the rescheduled date
in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council meetings.
