RESOLUTION NO. 94-083
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION due to the resignation of Barbara Gann, and it is
necessary to appoint her successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton,
has appointed Richard Hunt to serve the unexpired term of Barbara Gann, which
ends December 31, 1994, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of Richard Hunt as a member of the PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION to serve the unexpired term of Barbara Gann,
which ends December 31, 1994, is, by the City Council of the City of Paris, hereby
approved and confirmed.
