1994-157-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF REEVES HAYTER, CURTIS FENDLEY, JOHN MARK DAVIS ET AL
RESOLUTION NO. 94-157
WHEREAS, the terms of offtce of REEVES HAYTER, CURTIS FENDLEY,
JOHN MARK DAVIS and RICHARD HUNT as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, does hereby recommend
the reappointments of REEVES HAYTER, CURTIS FENDLEY, JOHN MARK DAVIS
and RICHARD HUNT for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1995, and
ending December 31, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the reappointments of REEVES HAYTER, CURTIS FENDLEY, JOHN MARK DAVIS
and RICHARD HUNT, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1995, and ending
December 31, 1997, be, and the same are hereby approved and conftrmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1994.
