RESOLUTION NO. 94-156
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Ann Hutto, Dr. Lucy F. Fetner, Zephaniah
Gibson, Ralph Rodgers, Michael R. Rhodes, Richard Amis and Thomas C. Hensel as
members of the PARIS HEALTH FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
of the City of Paris, did expire July 31, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, does hereby recommend
the reappointments of Ann Hutto, Zephaniah Gibson, Ralph Rodgers, Michael R.
Rhodes, Richard Amis and Thomas C. Hensel, and the appointment of Dr. Gordon B.
Strom for a term ofthree (3) years, beginning August 1, 1994, and ending July 31, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the reappointments of Ann Hutto, Zephaniah Gibson, Ralph Rodgers, Michael R.
Rhodes, Richard Amis and Thomas C. Hensel, and the appointment of Dr. Gordon B.
Strom to serve as members of the PARIS HEALTH FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning August 1,
1994, and ending July 31, 1997, be, and the same are hereby, approved and conftrmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
