1994-154-RES WHEREAS, TERM OF OFFICE OF DICK AMIS AS A MEMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF COP
RESOLUTION NO. 94-154
WHEREAS, the term of offtce of DICK AMIS as a member of the Civil Service
Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, in
accordance with the authority granted in Section 143.006 of the Local Government Code,
has reappointed DICK AMIS for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1995, and
ending December 31, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, it is right and proper that said appointment be conftrmed, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the reappointment of DICK AMIS to serve as a member of the Civil Service Commission
of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January I, 1995, and ending
December 31, 1997, be, and the same is hereby conftrmed by the City Council of the City
of Paris.
