RESOLUTION NO. 94-153
WHEREAS, the termsofofftce ofF. D. MALLORY, III, EDITH BILLS, W. M.
LIGHTFOOT, TONI CLEM, and RICHARD NAFE, as members of the Zoning Board
of Adjustment of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, does hereby recommend
the reappointments ofF. D. MALLORY, III, EDITH BILLS, W. M. LIGHTFOOT, TONI
CLEM and RICHARD NAFE, as members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a
period of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1995, and ending December 31, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the reappointments ofF. D. MALLORY, III, EDITH BILLS, W. M. LIGHTFOOT, TONI
CLEM and RICHARD NAFE, to serve as members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment
of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1995, and ending
December 31, 1996, be, and the same are hereby approved and conftrmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
