<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been made aware of the fact that
<br />Lot IFA, City Block 306 was heretofore zoned Commercial District (C) and Specific Use
<br />Permit-Billboard Sign (52) in Ordinance No. 87-065, passed on the 9th day of November, 1987;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the use established in the above described ordinance has terminated and it
<br />would be in the best interest of the City of Paris that such zoning c1assiftcation be reviewed by
<br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris and changed from Commercial District
<br />(C) and Speciftc Use Permit-Billboard Sign (52) to Commercial District (C) or other appropriate
<br />zoning; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is fttting and proper that public hearings be held by and before the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 5th day of
<br />December, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, and
<br />by and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 8th day of December,
<br />1994, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas; NOW,
<br />THEREFORE,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
<br />matter of removal of zoning from Commercial District (C) and Speciftc Use Permit-Billboard
<br />Sign (52) on Lot IFA, Block 306, owned by the City of Paris, be, and the same is hereby,
<br />referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, for study
<br />and recommendation; and,
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public hearings be held by and before the Planning
<br />and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 5th day of December, 1994,
<br />at 5:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, and by and before the
<br />City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 8th day of December, 1994, at 6:00
<br />o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, said hearings to be held
<br />concerning removal of such speciftc use permit on said property.
