1994-146-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL, IN KEEPING WITH ITS PHILOSOPHY OF SERVING ALL CITIZENS,
RESOLUTION NO. 94-146
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, in keeping with its philosophy
of serving all of the citizens of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners adjacent to the street named "Booth Alley" have
requested that the name be changed to "BOOTH LANE"; and,
WHEREAS, a review of the named streets of Paris ftnd that there is no conflict
with BOOTH LANE, therefore, it is deemed appropriate that Booth Alley from 7th
Street N.E. east to 8th Street N.E. be, and the same is hereby renamed as BOOTH
LANE; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Booth Alley from 7th Street N.E. east to 8th Street N.E. be, and the same is hereby
designated as "BOOTH LANE", effective December 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1994.
