<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />94-144 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been made aware of GENESCREEN's need for <br />space for the purpose of having a location to draw specimens for paternity testing for the <br />Attorney General's Offtce, Child Support Division, to determine parentage on unresolved <br />child support cases; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GENESCREEN has requested the use of space at the Paris-Lamar <br />County Health Department one or two days per month and it would be appropriate for <br />the City of Paris to negotiate an agreement with GENESCREEN; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized <br />to negotiate, on behalf of the City of Paris, an agreement with GENESCREEN for the <br />use of space at Paris-Lamar County Health Department. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />a~ <br /> <br />Don Shelton, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
