1994-144-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF GENESCREEN'S NEED FOR SPACE RESOLUTION NO. 94-144 WHEREAS, the City Council has been made aware of GENESCREEN's need for space for the purpose of having a location to draw specimens for paternity testing for the Attorney General's Offtce, Child Support Division, to determine parentage on unresolved child support cases; and, WHEREAS, GENESCREEN has requested the use of space at the Paris-Lamar County Health Department one or two days per month and it would be appropriate for the City of Paris to negotiate an agreement with GENESCREEN; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized to negotiate, on behalf of the City of Paris, an agreement with GENESCREEN for the use of space at Paris-Lamar County Health Department.
