Present at the Meeting:
Gary Savage — Chairman of the Board of Commissioners
Dewayne Dangerfield — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners
Deanna Nickerson — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners
Sally Ruthart Executive Director
Kim Snow — Inspector
1. Meeting Called to order at 12:33 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2019 by Chairman of the Board
of Commissioners, Gary Savage.
2. Having three Board Members present, a quorum, Mr. Savage thanked and welcomed everyone
to the meeting.
3. Citizens' Forum Opened and closed with no one present to speak.
4. Minutes from the December 18, 2018 Meeting
Minutes were approved with a motion made by Mr. Dewayne Dangerfield and seconded by Ms.
Deanna Nickerson. Passed 3-0.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Occupancy Report — Waiting lists for PH and Section 8, Demographic Reports, and Vacancy
Reports were all presented to the Board.
B. Financial Report — presented bank statements for PH and Section 8 Programs.
C. Ms. Ruthart gave the Board of Commissioners her new email address
D. Auditor was at the PHA 2 weeks ago and is currently preparing the audit and stated there were
no findings
E. The reason for the change of meeting date is because Ms. Ruthart has to attend a HUD meeting
in Fort Worth on Tuesday regarding the change of REAC Inspector's notification to PHA's being
shortened to 14 days.
7. RESOLUTIONS:
2018-004 A&O Policy change re: Over income Resident Changes Motion made
by Ms. Nickerson and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 3-0.
2018-005 New Utility Allowance Schedule Motion made by Ms. Nickerson and
seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 3-0.
8. No further business or questions, a motion for adjournment was made by Mr. Dangerfield and
seconded by Mr. Savage. Motion passed 3-0. The meeting was adjourned at 12:46 pm.
