1994-134-RES WHEREAS, CITY MANAGER WILL BE OUT OF TOWN ATTENDING TRAINING ON THE 10TH DYA OF NOVEMBER 1994
RESOLUTION NO. 94-134
WHEREAS, the City Manager will be out of town attending training on the 10th day of
November, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate for the Regular Thursday Council meeting which
would normally be scheduled for the Thursday following the first Monday of the month, which
would be November 10, 1994, to be consolidated with the regular Monday meeting which is
scheduled for November 14, 1994; NOW, THEREl<'ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
regular Thursday meeting scheduled for November 10, 1994, be, and the same is hereby,
consolidated with the Monday, November 14, 1994, meeting to be held at 6:00 o'clock P.M.;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the City
Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of the rescheduling of the regular Thursday November Council
meeting, and that the news media be informed of the rescheduled date in the same manner they
are informed of emergency City Council meetings.
