RESOLUTION NO. 94-131 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did in Ordinance No. 94-042 on September 19, 1994, authorize the furnishing and service of employee uniforms for various City Departments, and bids for such were received until 3:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, September 27, 1994; and, WHEREAS, the best bid for the furnishing and service of employee uniforms was made by ARATEX SERVICES, INC., Route I, Box 355-B, Paris, Texas 75460, and it should be awarded the bid for such; and, WHEREAS, the form of contract for furnishing and servicing employee uniforms attached hereto as Exhibit A, should be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the bid of ARATEX SERVICES, INC., upon the terms and conditions shown on the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and let conditioned upon said uniforms meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the bid documents; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for furnishing and servicing employee uniforms for various City Departments, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, with ARATEX SERVICES, INC.
