1994-129-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE IN RESOLUTION NO 94-123
RESOLUTION NO. 94-129
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No.
94-123, authorize the procurement of right -of-way for the construction of a new street
from the West boundary line of 1st Street S.W., formerly WaU Street, to a point in
the center line of 4th Street S.W. along the old Southern Pacific Railroad Right-of-
Way Project; and,
WHEREAS, the property needed for said project has been appraised and it is right
and proper that the City Attorney offer said appraised amount to the owner of such
property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O}' PARIS, that
the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to make a
final offer of the appraised amount of the right-of-way referenced in Resolution No. 94-123
and described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and, in the event that such sum is not
acceptable to the owner of such property, to proceed as authorized in said Resolution No.
94-123.
