RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the TRA}'FIC
COMMISSION due to the resignation of Kaye Hughes, and it is necessary to
appoint her successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, having
appointed Pamela W. CampbeU to serve the unexpired term of Kaye Hughes,
which ends June 30, 1996, has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of Pamela W. CampbeU, as a member of the
TRAFFIC COMMISSION to serve the unexpired term of Kaye Hughes, which
ends June 30, 1996, is, by the City Council of the City of Paris, hereby approved
and confirmed.
