JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 94-003
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Paris-Lamar
County Board of Health due to the resignation of Dr. Theodore McLemore, and it
is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don
Shelton, having appointed Dr. Glenn W. Dunnington to serve the unexpired term of
Dr. Theodore McLemore, which ends December 31, 1994, and has submitted the
name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREI<'ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01<'
PARIS, AND THE COUNTY OF LAMAR, that the appointment of Dr. Glenn W.
Dunnington as a member of the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health, to serve the
unexpired term of Dr. Theodore McLemore, which ends December 31, 1994, is by
the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
