Paris Public Library Advisory Board
Meeting Minutes
May 15, 2019
Opening:
The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chairwoman Carol
James.
Present:
Board members present were Carol James, Christina Schock, Ashley Lassiter, Marilyn Threadgill, Rebecca Umphrey,
Connie Dodd and Denise Kornegay. Director Priscilla McAnally was also present.
• Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the April 17, 2019 meeting were unanimously approved.
• New Business:
Priscilla presented a suggestion to change the meeting time. Discussion was held, but it was decided to
keep the time the same.
• Old Business:
None
• Presentations:
• Budget Report was presented for review with no comments.
• Statistical Report was presented with no comments.
• Friends of the Library:
No report
• Director’s Remarks:
Director reported that the Clerk 1 position had been filled.
The next meeting will be June 19, 2019 at 4:00pm.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
